Q: How far in advance do I schedule a visit?
A: I need at least 48 hours notice, but I am available in an emergency.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: 48 hours is requested for a cancellation to avoid a charge.

Q: When will you visit my pet?
A: Visits are between 7 AM and 9 PM.
     Visits made before or after these hours are subject to an additional fee.

Q: How do I pay?
A: I will leave a self-addressed envelope for your convenience. 
      You will have ten (10) days to pay in full after last visit.

Q: What if I stay longer or cut my trip short?
A: Please notify me as soon as possible.  I will do my best to accomodate your situation.
